Partner Tepee

For those of you that visit our website regularly you will know that we have chat feature. This is a great feature for customers who have a quick question to ask but don't want to trawl through the website to find the answer. All you have to do is enter your name and click 'Start Chat'. One of the team will answer and a box will magically appear where you will see a sexy picture of one us! (Please note that the "Save Image as" function has been disabled!)

Earlier this week, I accepted a chat request from "Trevor and Tracey". They had looked around our site but couldn't find a car that suited their 'requirements'. So I asked them what sort of thing they were looking for: "First and foremost it has to be spacious and have great all round visibility. Ease of access is also a concern so rear sliding doors would certainly be advantageous....!" So that got me started but I made the mistake of asking what the car was going to be mainly used for....business or pleasure? The answer I received back literally made me spit my tea all over my desk: "Primarily the car will be used to get us to and from work but at weekend the car will be used for DOGGING!!!!"

OH MY GOD!!!!! Did I read that right? Surely they meant taking their dog for a walk? But no! After asking them to clarify what it would be used for, they did indeed confirm that it would be used for weekend pursuits involving random strangers breathing heavily against the glass! Now I have been in this industry for 12 years and have been asked/told some very weird and wonderful things by customers but this was by far the craziest thing a customer had ever said to me! Now of course the first thing that instantly came to my mind was that this was a wind up from one of my lovely friends, so I ended the chat there and then.

To my amazement, I got a phone call no less than 2 minutes later from Trevor. He started by saying "Sorry if I have offended you ol' boy, but we have always been pretty laid back about it and if someone asks us a direct question we answer it openly! No point in beating around the bush is there chap!?"

Now I'd like to think that I'm pretty open minded about things of a sexual nature but I have to say that this isn't something for me, but everyone needs a car so I popped my professional head back on (yes I do sometimes have one) and went about sorting a vehicle to suit their, and everyone else's, needs.

This is when I came up with the perfect car for them. Spacious, practical, with great all round visibility and durable too when driving..... whilst also being Spacious, practical with great all round visibility and durable too when...... you know......doing something else! Trevor and Tracey, I give you the Peugeot Partner Tepee. With class leading interior space, practical rear sliding doors and with plenty of window's for all round visibility to look out of and, in this case, in to this car more than fits Trevor and Tracey's needs. Trevor was ecstatic with my choice and filled out the online credit form, passed our credit check, paid his holding deposit and is now just waiting for his car to land in the first week of September.

The car we are offering on our website is the 1.6HDi 75ps S which is a �13,500 car but is rather sparse when it comes to standard equipment, In my opinion any manufacturer that offers customers a car with 'bin lids' instead of alloy wheels should be banned from selling cars and whipped until they are within an inch of their lives for being so tight......but that won't happen until I'm in charge so if you want things like Air Conditioning and Alloy wheels you'd be best to move to the range topping Outdoor model.

If you can live without all of the creature comforts of the Outdoor model then the S is excellent value for money at �235.00 per month and even better value for money when you take in to account that you don't have to pay a deposit either. So it doesn't matter if you're taking a mattress to the tip, or to the woods to make some new 'friends', you could do a lot worse than lease a Peugeot Partner Tepee.
